If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may initiate binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, in the English language, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

15. Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Vaels International School.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vaels International School regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
